Next Monday the 20th of January I’m running two all levels x one hour dance classes as a benefit for the destruction caused by the catastrophic bush fires in Victoria and beyond.
The first class is
5.30-6.30 pm ‘Big Feels’
Think overly emotive dance. With a Pilates warm up and lyrical dance choreography, we will come together and dance out some of the continual angst, fear and ecological grief the bushfires and associated climate change is creating within us. When in doubt bloody dance it out!
7-8 pm ‘Drop it like its hot’
A one hour pop/commercial dance class to Yummy by Bieber. A celebration if you must of community and importance of creativity and fun in the face of adversity. So let’s drop, pop, roll and bounce
$25 one class/ $35 for two, bring cash preferred or transfer on the day. ( if this is cost prohibitive dm and we can discuss a lesser donation 😉)
100 % of funds go to ‘Goongerah climate refugees, support and rebuild fund’ in East Gippsland and the ‘Fire relief fund for First Nations Communities’.
TO ENROL: limited numbers so hit attending and private message me if you’re coming to one or both classes
Love and Lycra
